Conference  calling

  • With Voice In A Cloud you can make conference calls. (talk to more than one caller at the same time.)

Remote Office

  • We bridge the gap between satellite offices by tying their phones together with our cloud base voice over IP.  Phones can now ring in the same ring group as the main office.  Remote offices can transfer calls back and forth, and are only an extension away.

Call waiting

  • Enables a user to answer a call while already engaged in another call.

Call Transfer

  • Enables a user to talk to the extension before you transfer the call to them.

Blind Transfer

  • Enables a user to transfer the call with out talking first.

Pre Call Announcement

Outlook Integration

3-Way Calling

  • With Three Way Calling you can talk to two other persons at the same time, making a three way conversation.
